Library

The Senior School Library houses an impressive collection covering a wide range of resources. These include:

  • Over 25,000 books with special emphasis on Judaica and a very extensive fiction collection catering for both staff and students.
  • Approximately 130 journal titles covering current events, curriculum support material, Judaica and professional development.
  • Over 2,000 videos on curriculum-based subjects.
  • Three categories of current awareness pamphlet files – curriculum support material, Israel/Judaism files and HSC resources

Computer facilities providing access to the Internet, online databases and encyclopaedias, as well as subject-specific CD ROMS and computer programs

  •    Research and study skills and more

Used extensively by classes, small groups and individuals, the Library employs Teacher Librarians who are available to assist staff and students with their information and research requests.
