Moriah College provides a general education to over 1,800 students, which far exceeds the standards set by the various New South Wales authorities, and consistently ranks amongst the leading schools in Higher School Certificate performance.

Transition - Year 2 (Lower Primary School) students are guided into the more formal processes of learning in a nurturing, secure and stimulating environment designed to help children develop physically, emotionally, cognitively, socially and culturally.

Years 3 – 5 (Upper Primary School) students follow a more structured learning process, which helps to prepare them for the demanding Middle and High School years ahead.  Students, both individually and in teams, strive toward achieving goals. Technology is incorporated, using the latest teaching aids. in
order to prepare them for a world dependent on accessing and managing information.

Years 6 – 8 (Middle School)
The creation of a Middle School with its own identity, Principal, management structure and age-directed teaching strategies is designed to give our students in the “middle years” a greater sense of identity and emotional security.  The students are involved in relevant, meaningful and useful learning across a range of subjects and disciplines.

Years 9 – 12 (High School)
The High School has always been proud of its academic achievements. Building on the foundations of the Primary and Middle Schools, our excellent Higher School Certificate results speak for themselves. The great majority of our students go on to university or other tertiary education institutions. Those who do not choose further studies are equipped by Moriah to pursue vocations of their choice. Undoubtedly, the credit should go to the learning environment itself, with its motivated professional teachers and excellent facilities.
