Scholarship and bursary information

Through the generosity of our community and the support of The Moriah Foundation, Moriah College offers a limited number of bursaries each year, granted on the basis of financial assessment. Bursaries cover between 50% and 100% of fees, excluding some levies, and usually apply for the duration of Primary School or High School.

Once a Bursary has been granted, recipients do not need to reapply each year, unless specified when the bursary is awarded.  As the number of bursaries are limited, eligible families who apply for a bursary and are unsuccessful, will usually be considered for Financial Assistance (FA). The amount of FA offered will depend on individual circumstances and meeting the criteria for assistance. Bursary applicants will not need to complete a new form to apply for FA. The Fee Support Committee will determine the FA offer based on the information already provided in the Bursary Application.

If the Committee requires any additional information, they will contact the applicant. If you would like to have a confidential conversation about the program, please contact Stan Goltsman  on + 61 2 9375 1703 or

Each year Moriah College offers the opportunity for students entering Year 7 to apply for a scholarship and benefit from Moriah’s exceptional academic program, alongside which each child’s wellbeing and development is woven into a vibrant, Modern-Orthodox, Jewish Life and Learning framework.
