FORUM FOR JEWISH LEADERSHIP (FJL)

In January 2025, 13 Moriah alumni took part in the Forum for Jewish Leadership (FJL), formerly called Brownstone. FJL is a 3-week programme that takes place in New York offering outstanding internship opportunities to bright and ambitious future Jewish leaders. The programme aims to identify and develop the next generation of Jewish leaders, by exposing intellectually curious young Jews to deeply inspiring and thought-provoking Jewish role-models, values and experiences. In addition to participating in the internships, the alumni were addressed by great Jewish leaders on a vast array of topics in the political, business and Israel advocacy spheres.  Upon returning from the programme, alumni are encouraged to use the knowledge gained in a number of ways, including coming back onto campus to promote the programme, assisting with chaggim at the College, becoming Jewish advocates in their communities and becoming mentors for the current Moriah students..
