The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a Government means-tested subsidy on school fees provided to families with children who attend Long Day Care.
Yes, we are a registered childcare provider which means that eligible families can claim the Government subsidy relating to your childcare if you enrol in the Long Day Care option.

Early Learning
Years K-12
There is a $150 administration fee when you submit an application form.
At time of enrolment, we provide you with a Direct Debit form (Debit Success). You can select to pay your fees by credit card or direct debit. The billing is conducted every fortnight in arrears.
No. Fees are not charged for pupil-free days, public holidays and Jewish holidays.
On acceptance of offer, we require an Advance fee of $2000 to secure the place offered. This fee will be deducted in full, from the first tuition fee invoice. This Advance fee is non-refundable nor transferable should you cancel the place.
Late fees will be charged if your child is picked up after the advertised closing time of the Centre. The late fee is a flat fee of $20 and then $1 for each minute that your child remains after closing. The Child Care Subsidy cannot be claimed for this late fee, as it pertains to costs incurred outside of operational hours.
Yes. Fees cannot be suspended if you elect not to send your child for any reason.
Afternoon tea is provided. Children bring their own morning tea and lunch.

New Enrolments
We have two enrolment options, Long Day Care and Preschool. Both offer the same educational programs. You can choose between the Long Day Care or Preschool enrolment option depending on whether you are eligible for the Childcare Subsidy or if you want part-time enrolment. Preschool enrolments run alongside the College term dates and you will have the opportunity to book in for a holiday program; Long Day Care enrolments run for additional weeks (see ELC calendar).
Long Day Care

From the date of offer, you will have 14 days to complete and return the required paperwork.
To accept the Offer, you are required to return the following:
• Confirmation of Enrolment form inclusive of the Advance Fee
• Direct Debit Request Form
Two year olds : two days.
Three to five year olds : three days.
A child must have turned two years of age to be eligible for enrolment in the Early Childhood Class. Depending on vacancies, a child who is two years old may start attending an Early Childhood Class at any time between 1 January and 30 April.
If you would like to enrol in the Early Learning Centres (3-5 years), your child must turn three years of age before 30 April in the year of commencement.
As part of the enrolment process, you will have the opportunity to complete the Campus Preference Survey. In the Campus Preference Survey you can select your campus of choice. Campus allocations will be determined in accordance with our
Enrolment Policy.
If Applications and/or the Campus Preference Survey are received after the first round of offers are made, they will be placed on a waitlist and will be processed at the conclusion of the first-round offers. The applications will be considered in a second round of offers.
