The Enrolment Process: Early Learning Centres

To help guide you along your enrolment journey, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1 - APPLICATION

Complete the Enrolment Application Form along with the required supporting documentation and payment of the Application Fee. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your application form, along with the application fee receipt.
Please note that if you are applying for our Early Learning Centres, you do not need to complete a separate application for Years K-12.

STEP 2 - VISIT OUR EARLY LEARNING CENTRES

Early in the year we hold our Open Week where families are invited to experience our ELC’s in action. We also have tours of our 3 campuses throughout the year.

STEP 3 -SECURING YOUR CAMPUS OF CHOICE

All families who have completed an ELC application form will receive an email outlining our enrolment options along with a Campus Preference Survey, to be completed by the deadline date in the correspondence. Late requests will be considered only if capacity allows.

STEP 4 - ENROLMENT OPTIONS & FEES

STEP 5 - OFFER OF A PLACE

If we are able to offer your child a place at one of our Centres, you will receive an official letter of offer. To confirm your child’s spot, please accept the offer within 14 days of receiving it. In the event that we cannot offer a place immediately, a member of our Enrolment and Engagement Team will reach out to you to place your child on our waitlist.

STEP 6 - CONFIRMING YOUR PLACE

Once you have completed and returned the Confirmation of Enrolment Form, your child will be confirmed to enrol into one of our Early Learning Centres. We will make contact with you to attend a Parent Information Evening and an orientation visit for your child in November/December.
