Here is a breakdown of the benefits:

Saving
Up to $8,000 per child, per year. Up to a total of $24,000 for up to three years from Year K through to the end of Year 2.

Eligibility
Families enrolling a child in Year K 2027, families enrolling a child in Years 1 or 2 2027, or families with a child currently in Year K (2026) or Year 1 (2026

Duration

Year K 2027 applicants: Up to 3 years (Years K–2)
Year 1 2027 applicants: Up to 2 Years (Years 1-2)
Year 2 2027 applicants: 1 Year (Year 2)

Q: What is the Atid Foundation Grant?
A: The Atid Foundation Grant provides support for families who value Jewish education and would benefit from some tuition relief in the early years. The Grant is available to families commencing at Moriah in Year K 2027, as well as students joining in Years 1 or 2 in 2027. The Grant is also available to current Moriah students in Years K and 1. It is aimed at providing financial support to families with children entering Year K 2027 or those families with a child currently in Year K or Year 1 to assist with the affordability of school fees for their child’s education. Atid Foundation Grants provide up to $8,000 per child per year for up to three years, offering up to $24,000 in support from Year K through to the end of Year 2.  

Q: Who is eligible to apply for the Atid Foundation Grant?
A: All Families with a Year K 2027 application can apply as well as those families joining Moriah in Years 1 or 2 in 2027. Families with a child currently in Year K 2026 or Year 1 2026 can also apply. 

Q: What if I have already confirmed or been offered a place in Year K, 2027?
A: You are still eligible to apply for the Grant.

Q: If I don’t have a Year K 2027 application, can I still apply for the Atid Foundation Grant?
A: The offer is open to anyone wishing to enrol their child into Year K 2027. Please contact our enrolments team if you wish to enrol your child into Year K 2027 enrolments@moriah.nsw.edu.au

Q: What are the benefits of applying?
A: These Grants provide support for families who value Jewish education and would benefit from some tuition relief in the early years.  Starting in Year K at Moriah provides children with the strongest foundation for learning and an incomparable sense of belonging. Q: What types of expenses does the Atid Foundation Grant cover?
A: The Grant covers General Studies and Jewish Studies tuition costs only. It does not cover levies and other incidental costs.

Q: What if I have other children I am considering bringing to Moriah?
A: The Grant is only available for students entering Year K 2027, families joining Moriah in Years 1 and 2, 2027 and families with a child currently in Year K or Year 1 in 2026 at Moriah College. Should families wish to apply to enrol other children this can be considered as part of the Grant application. We may request some additional financial information.  

Q: How can I apply for the Atid Foundation Grant? 
A: It is a straightforward application process. You will need to complete a simple application form to demonstrate your financial need. Please note that applications close on Friday, 3 July 2026. 

Q: What is the amount provided?
A: Families for Year K 2027 will receive up to $8,000 in assistance per year over three years (Year K 2027, Year 1 2028, Year 2 2029.)
Families with children joining us in Year 1 2027 will receive up to $8000 in assistance per year over two years (Year 1 2027, Year 2 2028.)
Families with children joining us in Year 2 2027 will receive up to $8000 in assistance for one year (Year 2 2027.)
Families with children currently in Year K will receive up to $8,000 in assistance per year over two years (Year 1 2027, Year 2 2028.)
Families with children currently in Year 1 will receive up to $8,000 in assistance for Year 2 2027.

Q: Is the Grant a one-time benefit or an ongoing support program?
A: It is a one-off offer. Should families still require on-going fee support in Year 3, they will be required to apply under our standard fee  assistance program.

Q: What if my family requires greater support?
A: The Atid Foundation Grant is a separate, stand alone form of fee support and not part of our standard fee assistance program.
